You will work closely with internal users, other support teams, and third-level experts to resolve issues efficiently and ensure sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, structured, and experienced in handling SAP-related support requests in an international environment.Responsibilities Providesecond-level supportin the area ofSAP Authorizationsfor Würth Group companies worldwide. Handle and resolvesupport tickets, incidents, and user requests in a timely and professional manner. Analyze authorization-related issues, identify root causes, and performtroubleshootingto restore smooth operations. Execute day-to-dayoperational support tasksrelated to SAP user and authorization management. Support users with authorization questions and system access issues, ensuring a high level of service quality. Collaborate closely with other support teams and third-level experts to ensure efficient and sustainable issue resolution. Document incidents, solutions, and support procedures to contribute to continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with Würth Group standards, policies, and security requirements in authorization-related activities. Coordinate with relevant internal functions when needed to support operational and compliance-related topics.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of3 years of professional experience in SAP, with a focus onAuthorizations. Proven experience inSAP support, especially insecond-level supportandticket processing. Solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts and user support processes. Experience inincident handling,operational execution, andtroubleshooting. Basic ABAP skills are an advantage. Knowledge of authorization structures inSAP FI and/or SAP HRis highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative way of working. Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
