Job Description
The HR Business Partner LATAM role combines local responsibility with global perspective. You will be employed by our Brazilian entity under local management, while functionally reporting to the Director Group HR in Germany to align with group-wide HR strategy.Rather than enforcing centralized models, you will act as a strategic advisor and facilitator, helping regional HR and leadership teams implement initiatives that respect local priorities and drive sustainable development.Key People Management & Talent DevelopmentProvide strategic HR support for key executives in LATAMManage talent processes: nomination, development planning, succession planningCoordinate with Global Management Team on talent developmentHR Transformation & Organizational DevelopmentBuild and develop a modern HR business partner structure in South AmericaImplement HR strategy aligned with group and business unit goalsSupport change processes such as restructuring and cultural transformationExecutive Support & ConsultingAdvise and coach executives on labor law and strategic HR topicsOversee onboarding and contractual matters for key executivesHR Process & KPI ManagementMonitor HR KPIs and ensure compliance with labor law standardsInterface & CommunicationAct as HR liaison between NETZSCH Holding and LATAM entitiesCommunicate HR initiatives and conduct workshops with local stakeholders
QualificationsCompleted degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources or comparable qualificationsSeveral years of professional experience in human resourcesIdeally, experience in developing an HR business partner organizationHigh strategic competence and consulting skillsProfound HR process expertiseIntercultural experienceBusiness fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage

The position acts on behalf of NETZSCH Holding Germany and is responsible for the further development of the HR organization and the Key People Management in the LATAM region, with a particular focus on NETZSCH Indústria e Comércio de Equipamentos de Moagem Ltda. (NEM) and NETZSCH do Brasil Indústria e Comércio Ltda. (NdB) as largest organizations (with own HR departments) within LATAM. The aim is to provide strategic support and development for regional executives, implement global HR initiatives, and build a modern HR business partner structure in line with the NETZSCH Group's HR mission.
