About the Role Job Summary
* As a key sales professional, you will be responsible for selling software products and services to new and existing customers in LATAM.
Responsibilities
* LATAM Sales and Territory Development
Meet or exceed quota targets.
* Develop effective and specific opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
Establish and maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts.
* Deliver overviews, presentations, and coordinate high-level product demonstrations to new and existing accounts.
Participate in the development of assigned regions, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve.
* Support all promotions and events in assigned regions.
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.
* Territory Development
Identify opportunities for company solutions by cold calling into targeted companies and following up with leads
Work with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territories Generate sufficient new opportunities per month.
* Communicate business value to prospects
Understand prospects' needs and initiatives as they relate to the solution Document all activity related to accounts using Salesforce.
* Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
* 2-4 years' experience in software sales
Results-driven, excellent communication skills.
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients
Able to work effectively individually and as part of a team.
