Unlock Customer Success in Life SciencesWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to play a key role in ensuring users get the most value from their subscription by conducting daily outreach to faculty to set up integrations in courses.The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building and experience in networking using cold calling.Main Responsibilities:Conduct Daily Outreach: Conduct daily calls, emails, and 1:1 demos to faculty to set up integrations in courses and increase product usage.Increase Adoption: Deliver product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes to increase adoption.Grow Engagement and Usage: Deliver presentations at exhibits and conferences, university seminars and workshops, and onsite customer visits to grow engagement and usage.Strengthen Subscription Renewal Outcomes: Ensure smooth implementation support and consistent usage of resources to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.Communicate Customer Feedback: Communicate customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to influence product decisions.Requirements:A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines.1-3 years of experience in customer facing roles preferred.Fluent communication skills English.Knowledge of education, market trends, and challenges in assigned content areas i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building.Experience in Networking: Experience in networking using cold calling preferred.
