National Product Manager – Food Delivery Platform |Brazil Location: São Paulo, Brazil (On-site) Employment Type:Full-time Salary Range: 140,000 – 210,000 USD per year About theRole We are seeking a National Product Manager to lead productstrategy, localization, and execution for a rapidly growing fooddelivery and on-demand services platform entering the Brazilianmarket. This role will oversee the full product lifecycle — frommarket research and product design to launch and iteration —ensuring the platform successfully adapts to the Brazilian marketand delivers strong user experience and operational efficiency. Theposition requires close collaboration with engineering, operations,marketing, and supply teams to develop scalable solutions for oneof the most dynamic delivery markets in Latin America. KeyResponsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, includingmarket research, demand analysis, product design, and featureiteration. Develop localized product strategies tailored to theBrazilian market and consumer behavior. Collaborate closely withengineering, marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensureefficient product delivery. Monitor and improve customer experienceand product performance through data analysis and feedback loops.Drive data-informed decision making to optimize user engagement andoperational efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to supportmarket expansion and growth initiatives. Act as a key productleader within the local market and contribute to overall productstrategy. Requirements Bachelors degree or higher. Minimum 5 yearsof experience in product management or product development withininternet / tech companies. Proven experience managing large-scaledigital products or platform-based services. Strong analyticalskills and ability to translate data insights into productimprovements. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, operations, and marketing. Ability to workin a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment. Strong ownershipmindset with proactive problem-solving ability. Professionalworking proficiency in English is required;
Mandarin Chinese ishighly preferred. Preferred Background Experience in food delivery,e-commerce, marketplace, or on-demand service platforms .Experience working in international or fast-scaling technologycompanies. Candidates with experience in Chinese internetcompanies operating overseas are highly valued.
