Project Operations Manager
A successful Project Operations Manager will play a vital role in supporting our high-level salesperson and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all phases of signage projects, from conceptualization to delivery. They will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project specifications, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
The Project Operations Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with the production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery, monitoring project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with experience as a Project Manager in the signage or related industry. The ideal candidate should have mid-level experience (3-5 years), high proficiency in English, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Google Suite, Corebridge, Monday, Slack, Trello, and Hubspot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of signage projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the signage or related industry
- Mid-level experience (3-5 years)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international teams and clients
