At LMCA, we build powerful licensing programs that generate new revenue streams and extend brand influence across markets. As we expand our presence in Latin America, we're looking for an organized, bilingual, licensing-savvy Client Service Managerto join our Global Client Services team that is based in any country in Latin America.
This position plays a critical role at the center of our business — acting as the key liaisonbetween licensors (brands) and licensees (partners) to ensure the smooth execution of commercial deals and brand strategies.
What You'll Do
* Prepare and deliver regular client-facing briefings with comprehensive reporting and analysis of licensee performance, especially for quarterly business reviews.
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contactfor assigned licensors and licensees in the LATAM region.
* Act as a bridge between commercial and brand, translating strategic direction into structured execution.
* Oversee and track the full lifecycle of licensee onboarding and ongoing management.
* Manage and route product, packaging, and marketing approvalsthrough internal systems and licensor protocols.
* Review and validate business proposals, ensuring financial projections and deal documentationare complete and sound.
* Maintain and organize all key client and deal documents— ensuring nothing gets lost and everything is accessible.
* Develop strong, proactive relationships with brand teams and internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
* Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and reporting, including quarterly business reviews.
* Be a voice of excellence in process, communication, and follow-up.
What You Need to Succeed
* Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written and spoken)is essential.
* Based in any Latin American country.
* 3–5+ years of experience in licensing, client services, or brand account management.
* Strong working knowledge of the licensing business model, with experience handling licensor and licensee communications.
* Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and responsive.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflowssimultaneously.
* Confident using approval systems, document management tools, and internal trackers.
* Ability to own the process, work independently, and keep a fast pace without compromising quality.
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills — able to represent LMCA with clarity and warmth.
