We pay in USD, work fully remote, and ship product weekly. The Role We're hiring Software Engineers (Pleno level) to join our distributed engineering team. You'll work on consumer-facing products with millions of active users, ship code that reaches production within days, and collaborate with a senior global team across product, design, and growth. What You'll Do Build and ship features across our mobile and web subscription products Work directly with product managers, designers, and founders in a flat, fast-moving environment Own features end-to-end: from technical design through deployment and post-launch iteration Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering culture as we scale our Brazil team What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong fundamentals in at least one modern stack (TypeScript/Node, Python, Swift, Kotlin, or React) Comfort working in English (written communication is essential;
