* We are looking for incredible people to work in a company with over 9,000 employees across the country. We operate in the Call Center and Commercial markets, and offer a challenging and highly motivating environment!

In our Contact Center, you will help meet the demands of the Claro Group, including ombudsman services, Anatel, technical support, and financial support. In Trade Marketing, your sales skills will shine in stores and in direct visits to homes in various regions of Brazil.

* Ensure the fulfillment of sales routes and visits;
* Guide the development of your team in prospecting, training, and developing new customers to exceed sales results, quality, and market coverage;
* Ensure operational excellence of the teams under your responsibility through the implementation of a specific Business Model and monitoring of quality indicators;
* Ensure team training in all channel guidelines and necessary operating processes;
* Analyze results indicators through official reports;
* Act in the sale of PME team products, prospecting new customers for Claro product sales (fixed and mobile);
* To be part of our team, it is essential:
* Completed higher education - desirable postgraduate degree;
* Experience with external team leadership;
* B2B commercial experience;
* Excel and report presentation;
