About the Role

Serve as a strategic liaison between clients and talent advisors, requiring strong operational insight, leadership capabilities, and communication skills.
* Act as the primary point of contact ensuring high-quality recruitment services delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders offering consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversight of recruitment team performance ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Talent acquisition and management expertise with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Client-facing or manager-facing experience in staffing firms.
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Native fluency in Portuguese and English with Spanish proficiency desired.
* Critical thinking self-assured presence and ability to analyze challenges identify risks/opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
