We are seeking a senior marketing professional to join our mission-driven team. As a freelancer, you will work closely with us to help doctors and healthcare organizations thrive—and more importantly, help patients find the care they need.
This role isn't just about metrics and campaigns. It's about using marketing as a force for change—first, by helping attract the right doctors to the communities that need them most, and then by boosting those doctors' visibility and reputation to help them quick start their mission.
You'll be helping them build their patient base while ensuring more people access trusted, local care.
About This Opportunity
This is a high-impact role that involves two main phases:
1. Attracting Quality Doctors to Underserved Communities
o You'll design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to the regions where they are needed most.
o This includes identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
2. Helping Doctors Build Their Practice and Patient Base
o You'll lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing.
o Your work will help them launch with confidence, build a steady flow of patients, and establish long-term relationships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Designing and executing localized marketing strategies that will attract doctors to work in these underserved communities.
2. Designing and executing localized marketing strategies that will attract patients to newly settled doctors and healthcare organisations.
3. Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies.
4. Running digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc) to build awareness and trust.
5. Managing content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling.
6. Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organisations.
7. Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more.
8. Managing 1 Marketing trainee.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience marketing.
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients).
* Experience in Marketing agencies or start-ups.
* B2B + B2C experience.
* You have an Entrepreneur / business mindset.
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building.
* You can be both hands-on/technical as well as manager.
* You are flexible with the working hours.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms.
