Job Description:
As a Senior Analyst, Tax, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of tax affairs, direct taxes, ensuring filings and payments are accurate and in compliance with local tax legislation, as well as corporate tax policies.

Responsibilities:
* Tax Compliance: Preparation of federal, state, and municipal tax filings such as direct income taxes, CbC reports, and indirect welfare taxes (PIS/Cofins), withholdings over international remittances.
* Tax Payments: Calculation of tax payments, obtaining necessary approvals.
* Tax Risk: Assist with preparation of responses to tax authorities' notices and audits.
* Tax Litigation: Administrative level – assist with applicable due dates, follow-up with legal advisor. Judicial level – support legal department, feeding from material and technical perspective.
* Transfer Price: Assist with preparation of transfer price documentation.
* Global Tax Systems: Responsible for updating information in global tax systems to ensure it is kept fully up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4 years of experience in direct taxes and knowledge of indirect taxes (mainly PIS and COFINS analysis).
* Bachelor's degree in accounting (Law degree a plus).
* MS Office advanced skills.
* SAP basic skills.
* Advanced English language skills.
