Product Visionary
Lead comprehensive product design initiatives, encompassing discovery and research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity user interface design. Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions that prioritize usability, scalability, and performance.
1. Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
3. Develop and maintain robust design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
Mentor junior designers, provide design critique and feedback within the team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
* Strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
