Product Design Leader
This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products.
* Design Visionary: Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
* User Researcher: Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
* Team Mentor: Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams.
* Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
* Design Tools: Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle.
* Soft Skills: Experience working in agile development environments, strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers, and familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
