We are looking for a Brand & Performance Insights Strategist who will report to the Brand & Performance Insights Manager. This person will be tasked with the ongoing reporting of the Sea-Doo marketing plan performance and with running in-depth analyses to further deep-dive on data & insights related to the personal watercraft and pontoon markets, competitors and customers. As part of your role, you’ll be working closely with the Global Brand Strategy, Market Research, Customer Analytics & Digital Analytics teams. You will provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efficiency, address brand threats and capture tangible opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of a key marketing practice at BRP, and will be expected to connect the dots between the work of many specialized teams across the organization (data and analytics, research, business intelligence, etc.) to explain consumer behavioral patterns to the Sea-Doo brand stakeholders. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate with experts to aggregate Sea-Doo consumer data across Research, Social Listening, CRM, CDP, etc. Analyse & interpret available data to form actionable recommendations (for marketing and business management). Track consumer purchase patterns to predict churn, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Report on Marketing performance, explain what performed and what did not, and provide insights/hypotheses as to what explains performance results. Build executive presentations by making observations and insights accessible to various internal decision-makers in order to guide GTM strategy and tactics. Proactively guide decision-makers by providing actionable marketing recommendations to better achieve our business objectives based on customer behavior, market dynamics & Marketing plan performance. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Minimum 5 years’ experience across various research, analysis, insights and/or GTM strategy roles. Proactive connector, able to liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders. Naturally curious, proactive & self-motivated Analytical mindset, data proficiency & and obsessed with data integrity. Previous experience visualizing and storytelling data for non-data audiences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Exceptional Team Player with the ability to influence executive audiences. Experience with multivariate analysis and other statistical techniques preferred. Proficiency with consumer intelligence platforms (Qualtrics, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Mixpanel) is a nice to have.
