SAP Technical Cutover Lead
About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks, collaborating with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
