Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Pressure Pumping solutions team, creating innovative and efficient service delivery strategies that meet customer expectations.
This role involves overseeing a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to foster a culture of core values, and have experience in contract/quote understanding and capitalization.
Responsibilities
 * Protect personnel and environmental health and safety by implementing effective risk management strategies.
 * Develop and maintain a culture that embodies our company's core values, non-negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.
 * Ensure timely cash collection and invoice accuracy through meticulous financial management.
 * Coordinate and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries, collaborating with field crews to manage requirements/mobilizations during jobs at customer well sites/locations.
 * Assist Service Delivery Managers in executing job activities outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process.
 * Primary client contact for job planning, preparation, execution, and close-out, promptly escalating issues impacting service delivery.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
 * Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions that meet customer expectations.
