OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry. Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics. In short we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage and recruit engineers for Sweden; build trust with candidates; coordinate relocation logistics and support (visa, work permits, travel, housing); collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries; help engineers and their families start a new career and life in Sweden.Required competenceA solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and persistent, able to handle a “no” as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a presentable appearance.Contract detailsFull time; long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1. Location: remote or from a co-working center. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Paid national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days.
