Required Qualifications:
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
* Strong expertise in:
* Data modeling (star schema, relationships);
* DAX (advanced calculations, performance tuning);
* Power Query (Mlanguage).
* Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred).
* Proven ability to optimize report performance and scalability.
* Experience working with distributed teams (nearshore/offshore).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Cvent, or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and reverse ETL.
* Experience in B2B events, marketing analytics, or customer data environments.
* Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading technical teams.
