Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor / PJ)Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)Overview:Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support US-based clients in a fast-paced staffing environment. This role requires strong English communication, experience working directly with US stakeholders, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions.Key Responsibilities:Manage full lifecycle recruiting (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → close)Support US-based hiring managers and account teamsHandle high-volume req loads (20–40+ open roles depending on complexity)Recruit across technical and/or professional rolesWork within ATS/VMS systems (including high-touch / low-touch / no-touch environments)Maintain strong pipeline activity and candidate engagementEnsure high-quality submissions with strong attention to detailRequirements:7+ years recruiting experience (agency or staffing strongly preferred)Proven experience supporting US-based clientsStrong English (spoken + written)Experience with high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience working with VMS / MSP modelsHighly process-driven and organizedSupporting customers in the US EST TimezoneNice to Have:Experience supporting Government or strict compliance accountsTechnical recruiting experience (IT, cloud, DevOps, etc.)Metrics-driven mindset (submittals, interviews, placements)
