 
        
        Payroll Technical Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Payroll Technical Implementation Specialist.
About the Role:
 * This position is responsible for configuring payroll processes, designing integration and developing rules and schemas according to client requirements.
 * The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our implementation team and clients, providing regular updates on project status.
 * Maintenance of accurate records and documentation of all projects undertaken is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Configure payroll processes and design required integration
 * Develop payroll rules and schemas based on client needs
 * Collaborate with technical teams to solve implementation issues
 * Create technical and functional specifications for global teams
 * Provide clients with implementation status updates
 * Support project documentation and provide orientation to clients
 * Meet with clients to discuss technical and service design
 * Apply country-specific knowledge to enhance client-focused services
 * Conduct and lead unitary tests
 * Enhance documentation across LATAM implementations
Requirements:
 * Larger experience in SAP HCM implementations for LATAM Countries (Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia)
 * Complete college degree
 * Advanced English-speaking skills
 * Advanced Spanish-speaking skills
