There will be a strategy and data analysis assessment project as a part of the recruiting process.


We are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our Accounts Team, supporting the management and optimization of advertising campaigns for high-growth Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce brands.


In this role, you will focus on the hands-on execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap, ensuring daily performance aligns with ROAS, CPA, and CAC objectives.


Reporting to the Director of Accounts, you will work to maintain, adjust, and enhance campaign performance. Additional experience with Paid Search platforms and strategies such as Google and Bing will be considered a valuable skillset.


Key Responsibilities:

* Execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
* Implement audience targeting, creative placement, and bidding strategies
* Apply tracking templates, URL parameters, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement
* Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance against client's Source-of-Truth goals
* Prepare performance reports and provide supporting analysis for internal strategy discussions.
* Stay informed of platform updates, new tools, and emerging best practices to apply in execution.


Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Paid Social account management (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap)
* Proven success working on non-brand e-commerce campaigns optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and CAC
* Experience managing at least 3 e-commerce accounts with monthly ad spend exceeding USD $50,000 each
* Advanced knowledge of Paid Social campaign tracking and attribution
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).


Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Shopify analytics and optimization using 1st-party data
* Strong ad copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
* Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles
* Ability to work with creative teams to implement effective Paid Social creative strategies
* Previous agency experience (preferred but not required).
* Experience with Paid Search (Google and Bing)


Additional Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Dedicated work computer and professional, quiet work environment
* Legal work status in Brazil


Compensation starts at USD $2,200 / month based on experience, 10 PTO Days + 5 Sick Days + Federal Brazilian Holidays + Bonus potential
