The Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams. The PM should be experienced with Agile methodologies and capable of managing expectations and ensuring goals are met. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Help clients define scope, goals, and deliverables. Define tasks and resources needed. Create project schedules and timelines. Track deliverables, identify potential issues, and propose mitigation plans. Lead quality assurance processes. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting scope, timelines, and costs as needed with approval. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates. Report project outcomes and risks to the Production Lead. Develop and execute communication plans. Propose and track KPIs for projects. Keep JIRA updated with tasks and progress. Adhere to best practices in project management as defined by Hogarth. Maintain all project documentation and reports. Requirements Technical Skills Fluent in English. Experience managing projects, preferably in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. Bonus: data analytics, BI/SEO knowledge. Proficient with JIRA. Experience with KPIs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills.
