Power-to-X Opportunity
As a Business Developer in the realm of Power-to-X (PtX), you will drive growth in renewable energy projects for an international Independent Power Producer entering Brazil's market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify viable PtX and green hydrogen opportunities in Brazil, staying updated on local regulations and market trends.
• Evaluate potential projects, sites, and partners during the screening phase, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess project feasibility, leveraging expertise and knowledge gained from existing networks.
• Develop financial forecasts and investment models to guide strategic decisions, analyzing data and market insights to inform business choices.
• Leverage established relationships with local stakeholders to gather intelligence and stay informed about market developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development for PtX, green hydrogen, or related derivatives, with a strong understanding of Brazilian markets and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Brazil.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus, enabling effective communication with local stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to work remotely from Brazil, with occasional travel as needed, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
