The Role:
As an Amazon Account Manager, you’ll be the primary driver behind multiple client accounts, responsible for strategy, execution, and communication. You’ll work with our internal advertising, catalog and content teams to manage Amazon advertising, optimize listings, handle inventory forecasting and fulfillment, monitor account health, and directly interact with clients via email and video calls.
What You’ll Do:
· Amazon Growth Strategy Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage tailored Amazon marketplace growth strategies for a portfolio of up to 8 client accounts, driving long-term sales growth and profitability.
· Client Strategy & Communication: Proactively communicate with clients via email and Zoom to review strategy, performance, and action plans.
· PPC Campaign Collaboration: Partner closely with the PPC team to optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, contributing to keyword research, reporting, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
· Listing, SEO & A+ Content Optimization: Refine product listings, keywords, and A+ content to boost organic visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates on the Amazon marketplace.
· Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Helium 10, Sellerboard, and internal dashboards to monitor KPIs and guide decisions.
· Inventory, Pricing & Promotion Management: Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, promotions, and listing uploads (including flat files), ensuring operational efficiency and marketplace compliance.
· Sales, Market & Account Analysis: Regularly analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and account health to identify actionable opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance brand performance.
· Amazon Marketplace Trend Monitoring: Stay sharp on the latest Amazon marketplace trends, policy updates, and best practices to continuously improve client strategy and account management.
You’d Be a Good Fit If:
* 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Amazon PPC campaigns (this is a must).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
* Advanced written and spoken English C1 level or higher (you’ll be client-facing and copy editing listings in English daily).
* Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets — including formulas like SUMIFS, IFERROR, LEN, LEFT, and VLOOKUP.
* (You’ll be tested on this during the interview.)
* Experience with Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10, JungleScout, SellerBoard, Sellozo, Pacvue or similar.
* Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
* Extreme attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.
* Radical ownership – you’re a self-starter who takes action without being told.
* Ability to work independently and manage up to 8 client accounts simultaneously.
Bonus Points if You Have:
* Experience with Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify or other marketplaces (eBay, Lowes, Kroger, Home Depot, Wayfair, Target, etc.).
* Previous experience working in a US-based eCommerce agency.
* A knack for developing SOPs to improve operational efficiencies.
