We are seeking a remote, full-time Principal Recruiter based in Latin America with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and proven leadership capabilities. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while owning end-to-end talent delivery strategy and execution across multiple roles. You will partner closely with Sourcing, Client Success, and leadership to deliver high-quality talent, improve recruiting performance, and scale talent operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines execution, strategy, and team development.
