We're looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager with a media buying background who can bridge the gap between software and performance marketing. You'll ensure our customers get real outcomes with Ad Manage.ai — not just features. You'll be supported by a strong CS team and learn fast.
What You'll Do

Support onboarding: help guide new customers from setup to first wins alongside senior team members.
Be a go-to resource: use your media buying knowledge to answer questions on campaign structure, creative testing, and platform features.
Drive adoption: help customers unlock the full value of features like bulk ad launching, creative mining, and performance dashboards.
Build relationships: be a reliable, friendly point of contact for brands, agencies, and growth teams.
Close the feedback loop: surface customer pain points to our product and engineering teams. We ship continuously — your insights will hit production fast.
Help reduce churn: flag at-risk accounts early and work with the team to find solutions. What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, account management, support, or similar in a Saa S company).
Strong communication skills — you're confident on Google Meet, email, and Slack.
Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, including Claude Code for automating repetitive tasks, drafting customer communications, or building lightweight internal tools.
Startup mentality: eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy to wear multiple hats.
Curiosity, empathy, and a bias for action are non-negotiable. Bonus Points For

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Tik Tok Ads at a campaign level
Any exposure to Saa S tools or ad tech platforms
Experience using Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools to automate workflows
Prior internship or junior role at a startup or agency
Some hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, Tik Tok) — whether through internships, agency work, freelance, or running your own campaigns. Why Join Us
