Job Opportunity: Creative Strategist
A rapidly growing consumer brand seeks a skilled Creative Strategist to drive their advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in direct response marketing and be able to develop innovative creative strategies across various stages.
The successful individual will oversee both strategic development and operational execution, including the creation of briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring timely delivery of 100–200 ads weekly. They must have a deep understanding of video sales letter (VSL)-style ads, encompassing structure, beats, proof, pacing, and call-to-action flow.
Responsibilities will also include leading weekly sprints, planning and executing ad campaigns, trafficking assets correctly, quality-assuring assets, reviewing editor work, maintaining a clean digital asset management system, coordinating with media and growth teams, and monitoring throughput.
To succeed in this role, strong post-production literacy, a data-driven mindset, and effective communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a track record of writing and briefing iterations for direct response assets.
