 
        Key Account Manager OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned relationship builder to join our Client Service function and serve as the primary point of contact, enhancing customer experience, fostering client loyalty, and driving business success in Brazil.Responsibilities:Foster strong relationships with global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM by building rapport, enhancing and expanding existing relationships through frequent communication;Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports to inform strategic decision-making;Liaise with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and exceptional customer experiences;Develop and implement effective customer service processes and systems to ensure seamless delivery of services;Requirements:A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields;Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;Strong communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and working knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus;Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
