Job Title: Sales Manager - Energy Storage (Brazil)Company: PytesJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive the growth of our energy storage solutions in the Brazilian market. You will be responsible for developing sales channels, building strong customer and distributor relationships, and executing strategies to expand the adoption of Pytes residential and commercial energy storage systems.Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution & Channel DevelopmentAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets for energy storage products in the Brazilian market.Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and key partners to expand market coverage.Support partners with training, product information, and sales tools to drive sell-through.Market Analysis & Strategy ImplementationMonitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.Develop and implement targeted sales plans tailored to the Brazilian energy storage landscape.Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help align products with market needs.Customer & Partner Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, installers, and distributors.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and resolve commercial or technical inquiries in coordination with support teams.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with marketing, technical support, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Pytes and generate leads.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in solar PV, energy storage, or related industries in Brazil.Proven success in developing and managing distribution channels and key accounts.Strong understanding of the Brazilian energy market, including residential and commercial storage applications.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.Willingness to travel within Brazil as required.We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to grow with a leading global energy storage brand.Dynamic and supportive international work environment.Role with meaningful impact in advancing clean energy adoption in Brazil.
