Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry to take on new challenges.
About the Role:
* Account Management for Existing Clients within assigned territories.
* Development of Strategic Account Plans to achieve sales targets, drive account growth, and identify business opportunities.
* Acquisition of New Key Accounts within assigned territories.
* Regular Business Reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions meeting objectives.
* Identification of Upselling and Cross-selling Opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Reporting on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaboration with product development teams to provide client feedback and contribute to product/service development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for successful commercial relationships.
* Experience delivering results in autonomous working environments.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Business acumen for B2B and emerging markets.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages; Spanish fluency a plus.
