* We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to lead the development of high-converting video ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating emotionally resonant, nostalgia-driven ad creative that sparks engagement and drives growth.
Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize and develop video ad strategies that drive results, partnering with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale winning concepts.
* Turn insights into compelling hooks and storyboards, selecting music, pacing, and shot lists that effectively communicate the message.
* Collaborate with designers and media buyers to create concise briefs for UGC creators/editors, source and manage creators, and guide editing to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests, read performance metrics (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS), and iterate quickly to optimize ad performance.
* Repurpose winning ad concepts into static assets.
Requirements:
* Proven record of delivering high-performing video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable working with data to inform decision-making and drive optimization.
* Experience with UGC and short-form paid social media, particularly on Meta platforms (TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear communication skills, ability to work independently, and low-ego, high-ownership mentality.
