Join us for a rewarding career in a supportive, global team where your language skills and technical expertise will make a real impact.Client in 190+ countriesWhat You'll DoProvide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network-related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents from Level 1 support teamsManage and support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device configuration and complianceDeploy applications, security policies, and configurations through IntuneSupport Azure Active Directory / Microsoft 365 user accounts, permissions, and authenticationTroubleshoot Windows devices managed through IntuneAssist with patch management, device updates, and security policiesMonitor system alerts and respond to incidents in accordance with SLAsMaintain accurate documentation of issues and solutionsCollaborate with Level 3 engineers and infrastructure teamsWhat You BringFluent Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken) + professional working proficiency in English3–5 years of experience in IT support or help desk rolesStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshootingHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerFamiliarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)Experience using remote support tools and IT ticketing systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneouslyRequirementsPreferred Qualifications:Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MD-102 / Endpoint Administrator, or ITIL FoundationExperience with Microsoft Autopilot device provisioningExposure to Azure administration or cloud infrastructureExperience with endpoint security tools and identity managementWhy Excis?At Excis, your work matters.
