* Administration, configuration and troubleshooting of Session Border Controllers (SBC), preferably Audiocodes
* Support and operation of Microsoft Teams Phone environments
* Action on complex incidents involving telephony and networks
* Technical interface with customers, ensuring high service level
Required skills and qualifications:
* Solid experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC) (Audiocodes highly desirable)
* Advanced/fluency in English (daily communication with global teams)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone
* Strong analytical ability and experience in troubleshooting
* Knowledge of corporate telephone systems (Cisco, Mitel, Avaya or similar)
* Availability for 24x7 on-call
