We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, allocation, and movement of materials within our warehouse and offsite locations.
About the Role
The Warehouse Logistics Specialist will work closely with our inventory supervisor to maintain fixed asset registers for materials assigned to domestic warehouse locations. This individual will also collaborate with our logistics coordinator to ensure efficient and compliant transportation of materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate receipt, allocation, and movement of materials within the warehouse and offsite locations
* Maintain accurate records of material inventory and locations
* Collaborate with logistics coordinator to ensure efficient and compliant transportation of materials
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external customers
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in inventory management and stockroom operations
* 1+ year experience arranging logistical movements
* Physical aptitude to lift at least 23kg and push or pull cargo of at least 34kg
* Experience with cargo inbound and outbound processes, including nota fiscais checking and notas fiscais issuance requests
* Forklift operation and safety requirements
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English (basic)
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
