We are seeking an experienced Senior Artificial Intelligence Project Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and technical program managers.
* Manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Provide technical direction for distributed training, large-scale model optimization, and system architecture.
Nice to Have:
* Experience training or fine-tuning foundation models.
* Contributions to open-source AI frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, and Deep Learning (Transformers, LLMs).
* 2+ years leading teams delivering AI systems in production.
