Their products support a wide range of municipal, industrial, and commercial applications.The company is seeking a candidate with5+ years of experience in the industrial water treatment sector, with strong familiarity in RO systems, membrane filtration, or fluid separation technologies. An established network of OEMs, service providers, engineering firms, and consultants across Brazil is highly desirable.In this role, you will manage and grow existing business while also generating new opportunities and revenue streams. A proactive hunter mindset is essential.Key responsibilities: Own and execute the regional go‐to‐market strategy. Drive revenue growth by developing new partner relationships and managing the full commercial cycle. Identify and progress opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Lead contract negotiations and build long‐term relationships with partners and customers. Identify, recruit, and manage strategic channel partners. Act as a champion for cutting‐edge water treatment technologies by hosting presentations, lunch and learns, and industry networking sessions. Work closely with Marketing, Technical Service, Engineering, and R&D to translate customer needs into technical solutions. Provide actionable market insights to internal teams. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a winning team cultureRequirements 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the industrial water treatment sector. Deep understanding of RO systems, membrane filtration, or fluid separation technologies. Strong client network and a proven sales track record in industries such as wastewater, mining, power, or refining. Fluent in Portuguese and good English skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Valid driver's license and availability for 30–50% travel.Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, or business with relevant technical experience.
