Job Title: SAP Mobile Developer
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining frontend application features for cross-platform mobile SAP Service and Asset Manager using various technologies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements and specifications.
* Collaborate with product managers to clarify customer problems and feature requirements.
* Work with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
* Ensure high performance and responsiveness of developed features.
* Collaborate with backend integration service developers to align on OData Service features and requirement.
* Use S/4HANA system and its relevant business processes, setup necessary test data, perform end-to-end tests, and validate developed features against S/4HANA system.
* Conduct thorough testing including unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation test scripts for developed features.
* Actively collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
* Provide sufficient documentation on features developed, collaborate with user assistance developers (technical writers) to provide information on product features developed to be used in product documentation.
* Follow agile development principles and best practices during development, participate in daily scrums, backlog grooming, and provide good quality effort estimates.
* Provide quick investigation and resolution to assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow, follow standard customer incident support process, ensure timely investigation, proper communication with customers, proper documentation in ServiceNow, and resolution of issues within standard SLA based on criticality of the customer incident.
* Maintain communication and documentation in English and proper communication and notification with lead MDK developer and SAP development manager on vacation or absence to ensure minimum impact to development timeline.

* Technical Skills:
* JavaScript, TypeScript, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, Android Studio, ilodata, SQL, Ultralite DB, Appium, Java, SAP Business Application Studio, GitHub, CI/CD with Hyperspace Fastlane, OData Services, SAP Gateway.
* Business Acumen:
* Familiarity with business operations and ability to understand customer needs.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
