We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in Brazil. As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in assigned accounts.
About the Role
* Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
* Rapidly develop and grow business in assigned accounts through effective account management.
* Serve as the primary interface between customers and relevant divisions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
* Maintain current knowledge of company products and services, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Utilize CRM software to accurately document and track client-related information and sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in life science (biology/biochemistry/genetics) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the biotech industry.
* Deep understanding of genomics, NGS, and molecular biology principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM software is a plus.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Ability to travel within Brazil is required.
