What’s the job?
If you're passionate about coaching sellers, developing leaders, and turning data-driven insights into high-impact sales programs—this is your next career move. You'll build playbooks that help reps win bigger, faster, and smarter. As our Mid-Market Enablement Manager, you'll architect and run the enablement engine that powers our global Mid-Market sales pod (100+). Your north star: equip every rep with what they need to succeed today and keep improving tomorrow.
Responsibilities

Coach leaders and reps on methodology, deal strategy, and career progression.
Create individual development plans to help AEs advance to senior roles.
Coach and lead Mid-Market onboarding for the first 3 months to ensure fast, confident ramp-up.
Design and deliver live and on-demand training that improves core KPIs (win rate, ACV, cycle length, time-to-first-deal).
Build and maintain playbooks and demo frameworks—from discovery to close.
Champion AI-driven innovation by evaluating, piloting, and rolling out tools that sharpen discovery, proposal creation, competitive research, and coaching.
Partner with Product Marketing & BizOps to translate product releases, competitive intel, and data insights into seller-ready assets (battle cards, ROI calculators, talk tracks).
Be an active member of the sales leadership team, contributing to strategy and decision-making that drive team performance.
Analyze sales performance to identify skill gaps and high-impact behaviors.
Share findings and clear next steps with frontline managers and leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding targets.
Passion for coaching, process design, and knowledge sharing.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset: able to use data to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize initiatives.
Familiarity with selling to deskless employees and understanding that market is a plus.
Experience working with global teams.
Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.) is a plus.
