Ensino médio completo;
Desejável experiência e conhecimento em rastreamento veicular;
Experiência com teleatendimento;
Bom conhecimento em informática;
Disponibilidadepara trabalhar aos finais de semana e feriados (escala 12x36);
Fácil acesso ao bairro Estoril/BH.

Identificar rastreadores com necessidade de realização de manutenção física;
Identificar e tratar alertas diversos em tempo real (plataformas de rastreamento);
Realizar preventivas de segurança;
Realizar atendimento telefônico para sanar dúvidas diversas sobre rastreamento e fornecer localização;
Realizar ações e tratativas diversas de recuperação de veículos rastreados e não rastreados;
Realizar rotinas administrativas (anexar ligações | manusear plataformas de rastreamento e SimCards, preencher planilhas, registrar informações no sistema);
Realizar oitivas por telefone;
Realizar contatos telefônicos diversos com empresas de recuperação | caçadores, autoridades policiais, clientes e terceiros.
