Role Description
Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or a related field, including experience working with international clients
MS Office proficiency – basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience using project management tools, such as Jira, Asana or Trello
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving abilities
Good English level - C1
Requirements
Day-to-day execution of assigned part of the localization projects
Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
Fill out time management tools correctly and on time
Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
Delegating tasks effectively to team assistans and freelancers
Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
Constant learning and skills improvement
