Sales Manager Job Description
As a Sales Manager for Nutraceutical Ingredients in Latin America, you will drive growth across the region by selling to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing key accounts in LATAM with senior-level relationships.
* Developing country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers with clear benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborating with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect share.
* Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Representing the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Providing technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
