What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst is the key business partner for the LATAM Deliver Operational Team (USD 110 MM/year), providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions, support financial targets, and ensure compliance with finance standards. This role involves process automation, budgeting, expense optimization, and financial reporting while demonstrating strong business‑partnering skills. The analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and presentations for management to drive strategic initiatives
Perform monthly financial analysis, collaborating with the Deliver team to ensure financial targets are consistently achieved and implement corrective actions when needed
Lead forecasting processes from planning, coordinate with internal and external finance departments, build bottom‑up numbers, and review with senior leadership
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new financial technologies to enhance analysis (strong background in Power BI and Power Apps tools preferred)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams both inside and outside Finance
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive leadership, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic frameworks
Support cost‑saving initiatives and analyze cost drivers
Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
Detail‑oriented with a focus on cost management, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
