About the Role:
* Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency.

* Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive progress and improvement.
* Remove obstacles and impediments, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource allocation.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product backlog, collaborating with product owners to prioritize features and tasks.
* Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are met.
* Implement Azure DevOps tools to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
