About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile practitioner to join our team as a Scrum Master. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as proficiency in project management tools like Jira. Additionally, understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience working in cloud environments is preferred.
* Strong familiarity with Scrum and Agile principles;
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage;
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments is preferred;
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess advanced proficiency in English. Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions;
* Ensure all team members understand and follow Scrum framework;
* Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies;
* Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly;
* Maintain high levels of team motivation and engagement;
