We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to lead our online community and help thousands protect their personal data.

* You will be responsible for leading daily interactions on various platforms, including Reddit, X, and Discord, and creating engaging content to boost community spirit.

The Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 1–2 years of experience managing or moderating active communities (Reddit, Discord, X, or forums) is required.
* You must have strong writing and communication skills to engage and nurture active, text-based communities.
* Knowledge of Reddit and Discord moderation tools, bots, and features is essential.
* Empathy, diplomacy, and the ability to foster trust in a community environment are vital.
* You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with a startup mindset.
* Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must.

Maintaining Community Standards
* Uphold community standards by moderating conversations, removing spam, managing conflict, and resolving situations with empathy.
* Track community health metrics (active users, retention, engagement) and suggest strategic improvements.
Fostering Engagement
* Organize recurring events such as AMAs, Q&As, user features, and community challenges to boost engagement and community spirit.
* Create engaging community content (guides, FAQs, spotlights) to promote community involvement.
