Client Onboarding Process
The Client Success Manager will lead new clients through setup, ensuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured.
Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting
The Client Success Manager will review ad and funnel performance daily, track metrics like cost per lead, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
