Client Relationship Manager
We are a dynamic organization specializing in delivering high-converting Shopify pages for e-commerce brands. Our mission is to empower Shopify brands to convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering their ad spend.

We are seeking an organized and communicative Client Relationship Manager to oversee communication between our clients and design/development team.

The primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager will be to serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team. The role involves driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed. This position is crucial to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The key responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
* Communicating client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
* Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
* Proactively resolving issues, anticipating client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
* Coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.
* Using tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.
* Occasionally making minor updates to client pages using low-code tools like Replo (training can be provided).
* Ensuring all communication is professional, timely, and aligned with our standards.


The required skills and experience for the Client Relationship Manager role include:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
* Knowledge of low-code or no-code tools such as Replo, Webflow, or Framer is a plus.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and ability to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.


Success in this role will be determined by how well you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up our team from direct involvement in day-to-day project management. You will be successful if:
Clients feel valued, heard, and confident that their projects are progressing smoothly.
Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.
You are very proactive and don't let too much time go by without getting back to clients, and our dev/design team You make sure the check in with clients daily while projects are active, stay on top of the accounts and projects eagerly Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays Communication between clients and the internal team is clear, professional, and well-organized The team is free to focus on sales and lead generation, thanks to your reliable handling of client accounts You demonstrate strong organizational skills and professionalism, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
