We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing client milestones, and ensuring timely completion of client tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Verifying pain points are resolved and discovering ongoing pain points
* Leading retention efforts by providing proposals, negotiating contracts, and pitching upgrades or upsells as needed
* Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring clients answer quarterly surveys
* Recommending improvements to clients' strategy
* Ensuring client requirements are met and tasks to fulfill client contracts are completed within timelines
* Being intimately familiar with clients' business, competition, and marketing objectives to define business problems and apply insights clearly
* Regularly monitoring and reporting on clients' performance and ensuring goals are met
* Performing account audits and onboarding audits
* Completing board review checks every other week

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience or comparable knowledge/experience
* High preference for 2 years of agency experience
* 2+ years of management experience with direct reports and management
* Familiarity with workplace tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Clickup
* Excel at project management and taking responsibility for client accounts
